New York - On the afternoon of October 19 local time, the "Second Global Mazu Cultural Forum" was held at the United Nations Headquarters. More than 100 Mazu believers from the United States, Canada, Peru and Fujian, Jiangxi and Shandong provinces of China gathered together with guests from all walks of life to discuss the global heritage and development of Mazu culture.

The forum is rich in content, including dinner, academic discussion, gift of souvenirs, certificate issuance, welcome dinner and so on. The participants had in-depth exchanges on the protection and inheritance of Mazu culture, and shared the efforts and achievements of various localities in promoting the Mazu spirit.
